Information we process
DocVersyn processes account information, uploaded documents, extracted text, generated results, usage records, and diagnostic events needed to operate and secure the service.
How documents are used
Documents are processed to provide the features you request. Workspace data is separated by authenticated membership. We do not sell uploaded content.
Service providers
We use infrastructure, database, payment, AI-processing, and voice-processing providers. Only the information needed to perform the requested operation is sent to each provider.
Retention and deletion
Workspace administrators can choose a retention period. Deleting a document removes its stored original and related application records. Operational backups may retain encrypted copies for a limited recovery period.
Your choices
You may download or delete documents, change retention settings, cancel a subscription, or request account deletion. Contact details must be published before commercial launch.
